Ask the Lithuanian Central State Archives to confirm the formal title and date span of fond 1382, inventory 1, provide a digital finding aid if available, and search surname variants before any paid copying begins.

Relevant current published rates in the September 2026 research were about €24.60 per hour for searches in 1919–1944 records and €1.30 per standard scan. The archive should quote the work and turnaround before starting.
